IVY — Desk 2019

Gloria Cortina describes the design of the petite Ivy writing desk as a ‘portrait’ which captures the aspects of human physical movement.

The desk stands on black bronze legs and has an ice-white onyx top. The desk’s ‘shoulder’ and ‘foot’ accentuate human asymmetry and question how desks should look and be used.
